City Barbeque is hiring for front-of-house roles in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, take orders, and support drive-thru, curbside, and take-out services with a friendly, efficient approach.

We prioritize teamwork, reliability, and adherence to recipes and sanitation standards, with opportunities to cross-train, advance, and enjoy competitive benefits after the introductory period.

Qualifications

• Provide great backyard hospitality for guests and maintain a positive attitude.
• Work fast and independently while following recipes and sanitation guidelines.
• Be willing to cross-train and work multiple FOH stations.
• Follow proper time reporting and keep a neat, accurate drawer and POS handling.
• Contribute to team effort and help others when needed.

Responsabilités

• Operate front-of-house stations with focus on guest experience.
• Take orders, assist guests, and manage curbside/drive-thru where applicable.
• Prepare take-out and catering orders in a timely fashion.
• Maintain sanitation and food preparation standards according to procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service and positive attitude.
