City Barbeque is hiring for frontline positions where you will greet guests, take orders, and assist with food preparation in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Qualifications

• Provide great backyard hospitality for guests.
• Work in a fast and independent manner.
• Cross-train and work multiple stations.
• Consistently follow proper recipes and procedures.
• Maintain high standards for food preparation and sanitation.
• Contribute to the team by taking initiative and pitching in to help others.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for each shift and punch in/out accurately.
• Prepare hot and cold food items following recipes and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with take-out and catering orders as needed.
• Monitor food levels and communicate with prep staff.
• Follow station checklists and cleaning routines.
• Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with guests and teammates.
