Job summary

Rosetta Bakery in Florida is seeking Full-Time Front of the House Team Members (Server/Cashier/Busser) to join our team. We value amazing customer service and a welcoming environment for every guest.

We offer $14 per hour plus generous tips, weekly direct deposit, and 40 hours of paid time off accrual after one year. You will greet customers, operate the POS, keep displays stocked, and collaborate with a fast-paced, friendly team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Memorize menu items and fillings.
• Keep display stocked and Rosetta Bakery guidelines followed.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized work area per guidelines.
• Cashier duties with receipts and cash accuracy.
• Able to stand long periods and work with Front/Back of house.

Responsibilities
