HUDSON CITY CONSULTING LIMITED LIAB in Palisades Park, NJ is seeking a Front-of-House Bakery Associate to deliver friendly service and support daily bakery operations. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare beverages, package bakery products, and keep displays neat and inviting.

The role is temp-to-perm with a full-time path for the right candidate. Schedule typically 5am–1:30pm, weekends required, and training provided for cash handling and POS use.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process cash and card payments.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to bakery standards.
• Package breads, pastries, and other bakery products carefully for customers.
• Assist customers with product questions.
• Maintain attractive, organized, and fully stocked product displays.
• Clean and organize the front counter, dining area, beverage station, restrooms, and customer areas.
• Perform daily opening and closing cleaning duties.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.
• Restock supplies, packaging materials, and front-of-house items as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily bakery operations.
• Must be able to handle money and cash registers (will train).

We are hiring a Front-of-House Bakery Associate. The Front-of-House Bakery Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting daily bakery operations. This position includes assisting customers, preparing beverages, packaging bakery products, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming experience for all guests.
