Tatsu-Ya in Houston's Bellaire location is seeking front-of-house staff to create a welcoming dining experience and deliver exceptional service. You will upsell menu items, maintain cleanliness, and ensure prompt service as part of a busy team.

Candidates should be 18+, hold valid food handlers and TABC certificates, and be able to lift 25–50 lbs while standing for long periods. Flexible shifts and growth opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming dining experience and ensure exceptional service for guests
• Proactively upsell menu items and promotions
• Provide excellent guest service through table touches and attentiveness
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the shift, wipe surfaces and manage spills
• Complete side work and check out with the MOD to finish tasks
• Prioritize timely delivery of food and restock/restrooms as needed
