Job description

Overview

The FOH Prep/Float is a versatile team member who supports front-of-house (FOH) operations by preparing food, restocking supplies, assisting with service setup, and floating between stations as needed. This role ensures that food service areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked to support seamless guest service.

This role pays an hourly rate of $17.50.

This position will remain open until September 5, 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with basic food prep, portioning, and station setup
  • Stock and replenish FOH supplies (utensils, napkins, condiments, etc.)
  • Support servers and cashiers during busy periods
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
  • Help with line setup before service and breakdown after service
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Float between stations to assist wherever needed
Qualifications
  • Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Basic food handling knowledge; Food Handler’s Certification preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
