Qualifications

• Stocking, Inventory, Customer Service skills, and Event Set Up/Breakdown required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including all tables, counters, floors, windows and beverage station.
• Busses, clears and cleans tables and floors during peak service times and preps areas prior to service.
• Transports dishes and utensils safely from front of house to kitchen using trays or carts.
• Washes dishes and pots and ensures sanitation of cooking stations and equipment.
• Assists with delivering and receiving heavy deliveries and upholds HACCP standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
