Levy is hiring a Catering Porter at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore to help deliver great guest experiences. You will maintain cleanliness in the front of the house, buss tables, transport dishes safely, and prep service areas to ensure a smooth flow during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of front-of-house areas.
• Follows safety procedures when transporting dishes.
• Washes dishes and cleans stations to expedite service.
• Adheres to HACCP standards and proper handling of utensils.

Responsibilities

• Ensures tables are bussed, cleared and cleaned during peak service times.
• Transports dishes and utensils from the front of the house to the kitchen area safely.
• Keeps display equipment clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Receives heavy deliveries and transports them to storage areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains serving temperatures and presentation per standards.
