• Full-time schedule; Monday–Friday; hours may vary; details at interview.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.
• Bus, clear, and clean tables; sweep floors during peak service times and prep before service.
• Transport dishes and utensils safely from front of the house to the kitchen using carts or bus tubs.
• Wash dishes and clean cooking stations to ensure sanitation and smooth service flow.
• Assist with receiving heavy deliveries and transport to storage while following safe lifting standards.
