Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking a Front-of-the-House Manager for Hard Rock Northern Indiana to oversee a profitable and efficient restaurant operation. You will lead the front-of-the-house team, manage staffing, training, and guest relations while coordinating with Culinary and Marketing to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

Ideal candidates will bring a Bachelor’s in Restaurant Management or equivalent with supervisory experience and a strong track record in high-volume service,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6 years restaurant service experience, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant Management, Business Administration or equivalent with 3 years restaurant service and 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere that induces guests to choose Hard Rock Northern Indiana for gaming entertainment.
• Hires, motivates, evaluates and supervises front-of-the-house staff to ensure guidance and resources to meet objectives.
• Oversee morale, supervision quality and training to uphold guest service standards.
• Manage department standards, guidelines, budgeting and staffing for efficient operation.
• Monitor restaurant performance, guest satisfaction, volume, costs and promotions to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to plan for events and menu pricing.
