Job summary

Husk Nashville is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the guest experience on the dining floor and mentor a high-performing team. You’ll uphold the brand’s Southern hospitality while collaborating with leadership to maintain top-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Based in downtown Nashville, the role requires hands-on leadership across opening, mid, and closing shifts, with a focus on training, scheduling, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations—from guest experience to financial performance.
  • Foster a positive, high-performing team culture through coaching, feedback, and mentorship.
  • Lead hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members focusing on hospitality and consistency.
  • Maintain strong communication between front- and back-of-house for seamless service.
  • Uphold cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards across all shifts.
  • Keep accurate records of service, staffing, and daily performance in manager logs.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule with opening, mid, and closing shifts.
