Job summary

Husk in Charleston, SC is hiring a Host to be the first and lasting impression for our guests. You will greet guests, manage reservations and walk-ins, and coordinate seating to optimize service flow.

Experience with reservation platforms (OpenTable or Resy a plus) and strong communication are essential. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive hourly wage plus tips and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism
• Manage reservations and walk-ins using a reservation platform
• Communicate wait times clearly and accurately
• Coordinate efficient and thoughtful seating to maximize service flow
• Support the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth guest experience

What You'll Bring:

• Friendly, polished, and guest-focused
• Organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable using reservation systems (experience with OpenTable or Resy a plus)
• A team player who communicates clearly and positively
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
