Description

How would you like to have a 4 Day Work Week? Pinstripes is known for attracting exceptional people who are passionate about service. Our venues are dynamic in layout and design; no two Pinstripes are the same. We entertain hundreds of guests weekly across our Bistro, Bowling, Bocce, and Bar areas, and host various events from corporate happy hours to social gatherings and seated dinners.

Your first exposure is an intensive training program at one of our venues. Managers come from diverse backgrounds and industries; expertise is not expected on day one, as training provides many opportunities to develop your strengths. Managers are expected to lead workgroups, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and bussers, fostering teamwork to run venues at the highest standards. You will manage different zones, oversee private events, and review financials regularly to improve venue performance. We support professional growth through classes, mentoring, and creating well-rounded restaurateurs who are also savvy businesspeople.

We are expanding across 17+ locations and are open to relocating key team members to lead new venues. Our focus is on individuals committed to high standards, service excellence, relationship building, and delivering quality. If you enjoy a small-company feel, this role is ideal.
