Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or G.E.D.
• Prior restaurant hospitality experience
• Must maintain a current valid permit to serve alcohol as required by the State for which services are provided
• FOH Service Team Mastery: knowledge of stations, service style, setting/clearing tables, stocking stations, and POS usage

Responsabilités

• Ensure front of house cleaning, maintenance, and side work duties are completed nightly
• Exercise good judgment and decision making in all matters
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company safety policies
• Maintain professional demeanor and act as a role model for the team
• Participate in training to develop management skills in restaurant operations
• Count and enter inventory; monitor supplies and ensure availability
• Participate in pre-shift line-up meetings and communicate information to staff
• Assist with opening and closing duties and document issues for the next shift
