Job summary

Traditions Club Bryan is seeking a Front of House Operations Manager to lead day-to-day dining and beverage service across the club. You will manage service staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and collaborate with culinary and events teams to deliver exceptional member experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a focus on service standards, with a schedule that may include evenings and weekends to support club operations.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of progressive restaurant leadership experience.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and coach staff.
• Strong knowledge of elevated dining-room service and beverage operations.
• Valid TABC and Food Manager certifications or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate Front of House employees.
• Maintain visible leadership and ensure professional service standards.
• Coordinate with culinary leadership and events for smooth operations.
• Manage reservations, table flow, and service pacing.
• Oversee cash handling, POS accuracy, and shift documentation.
• Support private events and club activities as needed.
