Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is hiring immediately for Front of House Lead Supervisor at the Minnesota Vikings stadium in Eagan, MN. We offer full-time and part-time schedules, with shifts from 5:30 am to 11:00 pm and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Previous 2 years of experience required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff are on task, quality standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing and ensures signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds company and client policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
