Compass Group USA's Flik division is hiring a Front of House Lead Supervisor to oversee daily service operations at Fidelity, Covington, KY. The role requires ensuring top-quality food service, supervising staff, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have prior customer service experience, lift up to 25 pounds, and be available for full-time hours Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory as part of daily operations to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Ensures staff are on task, quality standards are met, and the area is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing/signage to ensure accuracy and current promotions.
• Upholds company policies and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
