Restaurant Associates is seeking a Front of House Lead Supervisor for a full-time role in Boston, MA. The shift runs Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with a pay range of $25.00 to $27.00 per hour.

Previous FOH and supervisory experience is required, and the position is based at Converse Barista, 160 North Washington Street, Boston. Responsibilities include inventory management, staff supervision, marketing oversight, and ensuring compliance with company and client standards.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
