Job summary

Eurest at Optiver in Austin, TX is hiring for a Front of House Lead Supervisor (full-time). The role supports restaurant operations, supervises staff, and ensures high-quality product and service.

Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm. Prior barista and supervisory experience is preferred. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Barista experience required.
• Previous management experience would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff are on task, quality standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing and ensures signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to meet company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
