Job summary

Eurest is hiring a Front of House Lead Supervisor for a full-time role at our Boston location (Anduril, 101 Arch Street). Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–2:30 pm. Prior management experience is preferred, with a pay range of $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Applications are accepted ongoing until openings are filled. As a Front of House Lead Supervisor, you will monitor daily operations, manage inventory, ensure quality and cleanliness, oversee staff, and enforce policies.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
