Farm Burger in South Asheville is hiring a KEY Manager (Front of House Manager or Shift Lead) for our 1831 Hendersonville Road location. This management role oversees guest experience, service efficiency, and food quality during shifts.

You will lead by example, use the KEY training tools, and own every aspect of your shift, promoting camaraderie between FOH and BOH and driving our See You Tomorrow service philosophy.

Formación

• Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED
• A job for which all ages, including older job seekers, are encouraged to apply
• Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
• Previous management experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure guest experience, service efficiency, and food quality across shifts.
• Lead by example, utilize KEY training tools, and own every aspect of your shift.
• Promote camaraderie between FOH and BOH and uphold the See You Tomorrow service philosophy.
• Direct shift operations, count drawers, and distribute tips at shift changes.
• Develop future General Managers through the KEY program.
