The Station on Main/The River Room, part-time Front-of-House Lead, seeks dependable team members for busy service. We offer daily pay, a robust benefits package, and opportunities for growth within a family-owned local business.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of lead experience in food service, fluent English, and familiarity with POS systems. Shifts exclude overnights; rotating weekends off and staff meals are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of lead experience in a comparable food service operation.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports front-of-house team with training, coaching, and motivation.
• Handles on-floor service: taking orders and assisting beverages.
• Coordinates daily operations and ensures smooth guest experiences.
• Opens/closes outlets, handles cash and POS reconciliation.
• May assist with banquet or event setup as needed.
• Maintains inventory records and ensures profitability.
• Ensures safety, health, and quality standards.
• Responds to guest inquiries and resolves issues with GM or Director.
• Represents the organization and exceeds guest expectations.
• Maintains staff and guest relations and enforces liquor laws.
• Keeps work environment clean and safe; reports hazards.
