You will help maintain a clean front lobby and server stand, answer questions about features and promotions, and help ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression. No prior experience required; age 16+; flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to provide friendly guest service.
• Understand and comply with food handling and serving regulations.
• Capable of cash handling and transactions per policies.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to procedures for using the TMS to seat guests and manage wait lists.
• Maintain a welcoming, teamwork-focused attitude with guests and staff.
• Greet guests, assign tables via TMS, and manage guest expectations during waits.
• Inform guests about features and promotions and suggest menu items.
• Assist team by delivering food/beverages, pre-bussing, and refills when possible.
• Keep server stand/front lobby clean and orderly; answer phones courteously.
• Deliver correct drinks/food and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Bag/takeout order handling and ensure order accuracy.
• Observe tables, manage cleanliness, and accommodate guest needs.
