Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC seeks a friendly Host/Hostess to greet guests, seat them, and ensure a quality dining experience. You will coordinate dining room activities and stay in constant contact with servers, managers, and the kitchen to align timing with guest flow.

Qualifications

• You are the first point of contact for guests and must make them feel welcome.
• Ability to answer questions, manage seating, and handle special requests with empathy.
• Maintain smooth restaurant flow through effective communication with staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to tables, pull chairs, present menus.
• Inform servers of locations and manage seating chart and reservations.
• Coordinate with phone reservationists to confirm bookings.
• Ensure doors/menus are clean and ready for guests, and assist with private party staffing.
• Maintain timing with kitchen and servers to match guest flow, greet guests leaving, and follow up on any issues.
