Job summary

Off The Hook Restaurants in Thibodaux, LA is seeking a Guest Connector to warmly welcome guests, process transactions accurately, and ensure a seamless checkout in a fast-paced Cajun quick-service setting.

You will keep the Guest Connector station clean and organized, support the team, and deliver Southern Hospitality through friendly service. Applicants should be 16+ years old, have 1 year of restaurant experience, and complete all required company training.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorates that may be change
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends, and travel as needed for work related functions and training
• 1 year of restaurant experience
• Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
• Possess a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while keeping the energy high
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
• Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
• Ensure all guests are taken care of with Southern Hospitality
