Job summary

Off The Hook is a Cajun quick-service restaurant seeking a Guest Connector to warmly welcome guests and ensure a smooth checkout experience. You will process transactions, handle cash, and address customer inquiries with a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll maintain a clean Guest Connector station, support the team, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment that reflects Southern hospitality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be changing.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends, and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while keeping the energy high.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant.
• Ensure all guests are taken care of with Southern Hospitality.
