MOLLY TEA Glendale is seeking Front of House Team Members to welcome guests, take orders, and support smooth service at the counter. You will greet customers, answer questions, and use the POS to process payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/food service preferred but not required.
• Friendly and professional communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling payments.
• Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with menu questions, recommendations, promotions, and product information.
• Accurately take customer orders using the POS system.
• Process cash, credit card, mobile, gift card, and other approved payments accurately.
• Confirm orders, modifications, and pickup names to reduce errors.
• Coordinate with Tea Baristas and Kitchen Staff to maintain efficient order flow.
• Organize and hand off completed orders accurately.
• Monitor the pickup area and assist delivery‑app drivers when appropriate.
• Handle basic customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Escalate complaints or unusual situations to a Shift Lead or manager.
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, customer areas, condiment stations, pickup areas, and front‑of‑house surfaces.
• Restock straws, napkins, bags, cups, utensils, and other customer‑facing supplies.
• Assist with opening and closing front‑of‑house procedures.
• Support promotional activities, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Help maintain orderly lines and customer flow during high‑volume periods.
• Assist with beverage preparation, restocking, and cleaning when needed.
• Follow cash‑handling, loss‑prevention, food safety, and company policies.
