Stories Coffee Company in Gretna, Nebraska, is looking for a Front of House Crew Member to enhance our customers' experience with exceptional service. You'll take orders and prepare beverages, contributing to our friendly environment.

No experience is required, as we will train you! We value customer skills and offer perks such as a free shift drink and various discounts

Description

At Stories Coffee Company we know that people love coffee. That's why we make it our mission to serve a quality product with world-class customer service. As a Front of House Crew Member, you'll be the one to wow our customers with your register or drive-through skills as you take their order. Or you will help our baristas hand-craft our signature drinks that we serve with a smile.

• Greet customers over the headset as they drive-up or in person as they walk in and serve their food through the window, interacting in a warm and friendly way.
• Enter the customer’s orders in the POS system. Collect payment from guests and make change.
• Prepare all cold drinks including cold brews, smoothies, blended affogatos, refreshers, iced teas, and soft drinks.
• Prepare drip coffee and hot tea for drive-thru orders.
• Finish iced espresso drinks prepared by the barista.
• Serve finished drinks to in store customers and the drive-thru station.

Requirements

Qualifications:

No experience is necessary, we will provide you the training you need. Excellent customer service skills are a must. Our minimum hiring age is 16 years old.
