Job summary

Culver's is hiring Front of House Crew Members in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment in Florida. You will take orders, run food, handle dessert, and support drive-thru operations, with all team members helping keep the dining area clean.

Wage starts at $13–$15 per hour for daytime shifts, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Join a team that values hospitality and community spirit.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred (hospitality oriented).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn front-of-house tasks across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support kitchen team with food prep as needed and ensure timely service.

What will you do at Culver's?

Take care of our guest who dine here by making them smile while serving delicious freshly made to order food and creamy frozen custard. It's pretty fun working here with our great team!

Front of House Team: Order taking, order running, dessert specialist, drive thru, and everyone is expected to clean to help maintain the cleanliness of restaurant. All served up with a side of genuine Culver's Hospitality.

Kitchen Team: Learn to make all our delicious food made fresh only after our guest's order!

At Culver's, we are a team focused on helping each other and making sure each guest who chooses Culver's leaves happy!

Wages: $13-$15 starting for daytime Team Member depending on experience and availability.

Full time and Part time positions are available
