Job summary

Raising Cane's is hiring entry-level Cashiers in Ohio. You will greet customers, take orders, process payments and help in the drive-thru, contributing to a fast, friendly guest experience. Training is provided, and you can advance into other roles as you grow with the team.

Starting pay is $14.00 per hour, with potential raises up to $15.50 per hour within the first year through training and performance. Flexible scheduling and weekly pay are available across shifts, in a casual team

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Entry-level position with no experience required; paid training provided.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders from customers and processing payments.
• Cleaning tables, floors and other areas of the restaurant.
• Assist with drive-thru and front-of-house operations as needed.
• Provide quick, friendly service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
