Job summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking a customer-focused Front of House team member to greet guests, take orders, and deliver excellent service at Wonderful La Cocina Restaurant.

You will prepare coffee beverages, operate the register, and help with daily specials and events while maintaining a clean, safe, organized work area. Spanish is a plus, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Valid driver's license may be required for deliveries.
• Food Handler Card or ServSafe certification required, or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of coffee techniques and café equipment maintenance.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers with a friendly attitude and creates a welcoming environment.
• Takes and prepares coffee shop orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operates registers and informs customers about specials and events.
• Prepares daily specialty drinks and in-house syrups.
• Assists with prepping fresh fruit for the Grab-and-Go area.
• Supports catering events including prep, delivery, setup, service, and teardown.
