About Us: Top Shooters is a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant and bar known for our exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Assistant Manager to join our team and lead our service staff to new heights.

Job Summary: The Front of House Assistant Manager oversees all front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests. This role involves managing staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct shift walk-throughs and complete the Safety Culture checklist
• Count cash register drawers and maintain the drawer log
• Accurately enter tips into the tip log
• Train and supervise front-of-house staff, including bartenders and barbacks
• Ensure all team members adhere to the standards in the employee handbook
• Address employee performance or policy concerns promptly
• Schedule shifts and ensure proper staffing
• Conduct regular team meetings
• Ensure exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints professionally
• Coordinate with the back-of-house team for smooth service flow
• Manage inventory of front-of-house supplies and order as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all front-of-house areas
• Conduct regular inspections and address any safety concerns
• Inform team members of promotions and ensure they share them with customers
• Utilize analytics to diagnose employee performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency
• Attend weekly management team meetings and supervision check-ins
