As an Assistant General Manager with Keke's Breakfast Cafe, the ideal candidate will work with cafe and Area leadership to oversee and coordinate planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the predominant language(s) of the area.
• Experience with cash handling and back-office systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work 50-60 hours per week.
• Oversee employee performance appraisals and ensure they are completed timely.
• Schedule labor based on business needs while controlling labor costs.
• Ensure guest service standards and operational efficiency.
• At least three years of front-of-the-house or assistant management experience in food service.
• Open availability during operating hours.
• Knowledge of personnel policies and fair corrective actions.
• Minimum two years of management experience in full-service or fast casual restaurants.
• Reliable transportation.

Pay Range

Minimum: $48,000; Maximum: $66,000
