Job summary

Waste Connections is seeking a Front Load CDL Route Driver to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona. Schedule: Monday - Friday with 1 Saturday OR Sunday per month. Start Time: 3am with 50-55 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL.
• Clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of local route driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a garbage truck on designated routes to collect solid waste.
• Read route sheets and service each customer as directed by the dispatcher.
• Perform routine pre- and post-route vehicle inspections (fluids, safety equipment, tires).
• Interact professionally and courteously with customers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• - Safely operating a garbage truck on specified routes to collect solid waste.

• - Performing routine post and pre route inspections on vehicles such as checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires.
• - Having professional and courteous interactions with our customers when needed.
• - Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
