Job summary

Waste Connections of Arizona is seeking a safety-minded CDLResidential Route Driver for our Phoenix operation. The role offers $25.00 per hour plus DOE, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays. Start time is 5:00 AM, averaging 50–55 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL.
• Clean driving record.
• 1 year of local route driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a garbage truck on designated routes to collect solid waste.
• Read route sheets and service each customer on the sheet or as directed by the dispatcher.
• Perform routine post- and pre-route inspections ( fluids, safety equipment, tires).
• Interact with customers professionally and courteously when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
