Qualifications

• Trades experience in industrial/construction environment required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tin Shop safety culture and enforce safety standards.
• Oversee Tin Shop activities to support ship/unit schedules.
• Provide technical guidance to mechanics and monitor work quality.
• Administer timekeeping and labor data in BOS/WFM systems.
• Mentor mechanics and promote skills development.
