Job summary

Shermco is seeking a Field Service Supervisor in Kansas to lead and develop a team of Field Service Technicians. You will conduct weekly safety training reviews, mentor technicians on Human Performance principles, and oversee proficiency assessments while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of training and experience in the related work supervised.
• Proficient with email, data entry and basic Microsoft Office.
• Satisfactory MVR, background check and drug test results.
• Willingness to travel domestically overnight; occasional international travel.

• Must be computer proficient using email, data entry, and basic Microsoft Office
• Must have a satisfactory MVR report, Background Check and Drug Test results.
• Must be available for regular overnight domestic travel and occasional international travel
• Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime, and periodic weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Must be in good standing with Shermco with a satisfactory performance record.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
