Job summary

CCPC in Park City is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate for our Campus: Park City Thrift & Boutique. You will be the front-line customer service contact, helping shoppers, handling donations, and supporting the store manager and team.

This role offers base pay of $18.50 per hour plus generous benefits, including medical, dental, EAP, HSA contributions, PTO, and retirement matching. Availability Mon-Sat, 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service and cash handling preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of winter/summer sports equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line customer service contact for the Boutique & Thrift Store.
• Support the Store Manager and teammates to reach community goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist customers with product questions.
• Handle donations pricing and cash register duties.
• Operate point of sale with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Recreation Supervisor.
