CarMax is seeking a Front-Line Manager in Training in Richmond, TX, to complete a structured six-week program preparing you to lead within Service Operations. The program covers inventory, cosmetic/mechanical repair, and end-to-end processes while developing leadership capabilities for roles such as Flow Mechanical Manager and Service Manager.
Upon completion, you’ll transition into a leadership role and drive performance, safety, and customer service.

As a Front-Line Manager in Training, you will participate in a structured six-week development program designed to prepare you for success as a Front-Line Manager within CarMax’s Service Operations department. This program equips you with the tools, knowledge, and leadership skills needed to manage operational processes and lead high-performing teams. Training includes learning the roles and responsibilities of Service Operations, understanding end-to-end production processes such as inventory management, and cosmetic/mechanical repair. Upon successful completion, you will transition into one of the following leadership roles: Flow Mechanical Manager, Flow Cosmetic Manager, Flow Supply Manager, Inventory Manager, or Service Manager.

The annual salary for this position is: $54,500.00 - $95,500.00 May be eligible for bonus and equity.
