ARG Industrial is hiring a Counter Sales & Hose Fabrication Associate for the Seattle, WA location. You will be the frontline representative, handling sales, assisting customers, and contributing to hose fabrication while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Pass drug screening as part of pre-employment process.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for customer interactions.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work safely.
• Proficient with computers; comfortable using CRM and Office apps.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Maintain organization and time management in a busy setting.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide proactive assistance at the counter.
• Process sales transactions accurately and maintain records.
• Fabricate industrial and hydraulic hoses per specs and standards.
• Operate tools (saws, crimpers, measuring devices) safely.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production and service goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse and showroom.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
