Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a janitorial supervisor to lead daily operations, assign tasks, and mentor staff across our facilities. The role demands strong leadership, a focus on cleanliness, and adherence to safety procedures while coordinating with site leadership to maintain high standards.

The successful candidate should have at least 1 year of supervisory janitorial experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work early mornings or evenings.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand and walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
• May require early morning or evening hours based on schedules.
• Must be able to respond quickly to urgent cleaning or maintenance needs.

Compensation

$19.50/hr. The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
