You will help maintain a consistent brand across sites, optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with marketing to drive digital initiatives and large-scale site launches.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or related field.
• 2-4 years of web design experience.
• Experience with content management systems.
• Experience executing large scale website launches.
• Experience with interactive web application development and open-source technologies.
• Advanced experience with database programming.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React.
• Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and how it relates to web design.

Responsibilities

• Take complex designs and build them into fully functional websites using HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, etc.
• Ensure a consistent look and feel across Schneider's websites by developing a uniform web branding strategy.
• Troubleshoot website interruptions.
• Work with marketing associates to find new digital opportunities.
• Report on website traffic and performance.
• Implement new standards, technologies and trends in web architecture, development and design.
• Audit Schneider's websites to ensure functionality and effectiveness.
