Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented Cashier for our Danvers, MA location. You will process sales, verify IDs, and handle payments while delivering fast, personalized service. You’ll learn promotions, loyalty benefits, and product knowledge to help customers find what they need.

You may also support as a sales associate or merchandiser. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required, and you will report to the store management team.

Qualifications

• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers and deliver personalized service.
• Promote loyalty program and answer inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and abide by alcohol sale laws.
• Complete cross-functional duties as assigned.
