Job summary

Mulhalls in Omaha is seeking a Front-End Team Member to greet and assist Garden + Home customers, ensuring a seamless experience aligned with our vision to be the most loved plant shop in the country.

You will contribute to a positive customer journey, maintain front-end organization, and support daily opening/closing routines while building relationships with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience working in retail is a plus, but not required.
• A reliable people person with a passion for plants.
• A communicative team player willing to jump in and assist with a variety of tasks.
• The ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Model our Customer Journey: The 15:5 Rule, Be the Guide, Keep It Seamless, Forget‑Me‑Nots, and Close the Deal.
• Own our Evergreen Guarantee™, the 100% customer satisfaction promise at the heart of our customer experience.
• Actively circulate and engage customers as a proactive measure against loss prevention.
• Maintain an efficient and clean front‑end, completing daily opening, closing, and side work checklists.
• Complete tasks and responsibilities, consistently referring to your weekly schedule, daily zone schedule, and side work checklists.
