Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (for example, cash register)
• 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area by assigning duties and guiding performance
• Provide training on processes and procedures and reinforce member service approaches
• Assist members with purchases, memberships, upgrades, and payments; process credit accounts
• Oversee area merchandise, returns, and upkeep; ensure cleanliness and organization
• Handle cash operations and accounting records following store procedures
