Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: leading a front-end team and supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area, assign duties and train on processes.
• Provide member service, assist with purchases and self-checkout guidance.
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, promote benefits.
• Handle claims, returns and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Support open door policy and participate in recruiting, scheduling and coaching.
