BizFirst is recruiting a Software Engineer, Level 3 (Front-End Team Lead), to steer the front-end for a mission web application at Fort Meade, MD. The role demands active TS/SCI with FSP and mandating onsite work in a secure facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science with 12 years of software engineering experience, or 16 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) is required.
• Experience leading front-end teams and mentoring UI developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end for mission web applications and set team standards.
• Architect scalable front-end solutions using modern frameworks.
• Mentor UI developers through guidance and code reviews.
