Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register) and 6 months customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervising associates in assigned area
• Assign duties and communicate goals to associates
• Train associates on processes and procedures
• Provide direction on member service approaches and techniques
• Resolve member complaints per company guidelines
• Support recruitment, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates
• Communicate membership information and benefits to current and prospective members
• Process memberships upgrades and credit accounts
• Encourage membership renewals and participate in sales events
• Complete required documentation and marketing recaps
• Promote Walmart products and services and meet membership goals
• Help with transactions at registers and self-checkout areas
• Oversee area, manage returns and handle merchandising tasks
• Ensure club cleanliness and proper cash handling procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and personal information
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs
• Model ethical behavior and Open Door Policy compliance
• Lead teams or work with managers to ensure timelines and quality
