Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Supervisor to lead the Washington College location in Chestertown, MD. You will oversee front-end production, supervise a team, ensure opening procedures are followed, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in culinary/foodservice.required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Successful team leadership experience
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; up to 30 pounds occasionally
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Oversee front end production.
• Follow opening procedures, including opening and handling cash drawers.
• Comply with all policies and procedures including safety programs.
• Communicate issues to management (customer issues, cleanliness, safety, security).
• Follow safety requirements at accounts.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
• Perform other duties as specified by management.
