Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Supervisor to join the team at Washington College in Chestertown, MD. This hands-on leadership role oversees front end production, implements opening procedures, ensures safety, and maintains quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Successful team leadership experience.
• Moving, bending, stooping, lifting and standing on a frequent basis.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
